The Sixth International Conference on Brand Management is jointly organised by the Asian Centre for Brand Management and The Hong Kong Design Centre, with strong support from the HKSAR government.
The conference brings together world-class brand management experts from academic and business sectors to share cutting edge information on current trends in brand management and innovation.
This year's theme, Brand Sustainability, is intended to help participants learn about diverse methods of growing and maintaining a brand over time - especially in response to demographic, geographic, and macroeconomic changes.
We regard "sustainability" as the capacity to endure and to prosper over time. Some of the challenges that executives face as they strive for sustainability are an aging population, in some countries a declining population, increased global competition, and a turbulent macroeconomic environment.
Specific topic areas that will be covered by our academic and industry keynote speakers include "Strategies for Brand Sustainability," "Sustaining Brand Portfolios," "Internationalizing Chinese Brand," "Sustaining Lifestyle Brands," and "Strategies for Sustaining Brands in Turbulent Times."
