Motivated by a broad range of creative talents, Yu Zheng is a Chinese designer whose achievements include roles as: Chief Exhibition Designer of the China Pavilion at the Expo 2010 Shanghai; and Project Director of the exceedingly popular
"animated" Riverside Scene at the Qing-ming Festival
, the highlight of China Pavilion in 2010 Shanghai Expo.
Yu is a 2002 graduate of the Department of Industrial Design (renamed the Department of Art Design) of the College of Architecture and Urban Planning, Tongji University. Yu joined Crystal Digital Technology Co., Ltd. in 2003 and is now a partner of its Shanghai branch and Director of the Visual Presentation Division.
In his short but exciting career, he has served as project leader of numerous projects, including Director of the 3D propaganda film of Shanghai Expo and the Director of multimedia design of Shanghai Auto Museum to name but a few. Yu leads his team in providing integrated solutions, from creative planning to execution, employing multimedia imaging technology for modern display solutions in public service and commercial sectors.
